- Account and authentication. If you sign in, we use third-party identity services (for example, Auth0) to authenticate you. We may receive and store an account identifier, email address, and profile details you provide or that the identity provider shares with us.
- Information you provide. Content you add in the app, such as school or class details, events, tasks, volunteer sign-ups, supply lists, parent or guardian contacts, notes, and messages you send through the Services.
- Interest and contact forms. If you submit a form on our website (for example, to express interest in PTA Planner), we collect the information you enter, such as name, email, phone number, school name, and optional notes.
- Device and calendar (optional). With your permission, the app may access device features such as your calendar to add or sync events. You can revoke access in your device settings.
- Technical data. We may collect standard technical information needed to operate and secure the Services, such as IP address, browser or app version, and diagnostic or error information.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage accounts and respond to requests;
- Coordinate PTA and classroom activities you choose to manage in the app;

- With service providers who help us host, operate, or secure the Services (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, and email). They are permitted to use your information only as instructed by us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s privacy
